Dan Regard and ReLeaf founder and CEO Christopher Surdak have worked together for more than a decade in the compliance, eDiscovery, and information-governance fields. That shared history informed the decision to add Regard to the board as ReLeaf scales Proof of Intent for enterprise and regulated environments.
